Installations and facilities
Located in the Port of Vigo (Spain), our facilities cover an area of 12,000 m2 and are equipped with the necessary infrastructure to undertake a vast array of shipbuilding and repair projects ranging from steel vessels to yachts and pleasure craft.
The six slipways at our disposal allow us to provide services to ships of 1,000 GT, 70 meters long and 12.50 meters in breadth.
We also have mechanical workshops, painting and carpentry facilities fitted with all the necessary machinery to meet the most stringent requirements of Ship Owners.
Slipways
Our 12m2 site contains 6 slipways for vessels up to 70 meters in length and 12,50 meters in breadth.
Adaptable scaffolding to vessel dimensions in all slipways.
Docking winches
3 docking winches able to lift up to 1000 tons of deadweight with 5 strand cables including braking systems with a high safety load factor and a maximum strain breaking mechanism.
Cranes
2 Mobile portico-cranes.
1 Tower-crane of 40 m. in height, with the option of a remote control system.
2 Bridge-cranes of high load, elevation and travel.
Machinery
High pressure washing system, blast cleaning and painting.
Equipment for welding, cutting and bending.
2 Lathes of up to 7 m. between points.
Shops
Machine shops, carpentry shops and paint shops equipped with cutting, welding, lathe and painting facilities to undertake all types of repairs.
Parking
Our clients benefit from private parking located inside the facilities and within 50 meters of the vessels.
Surveillance
Vessels are monitored 24 hours a day via closed-circuit television.
Insurance
Comprehensive all risk insurance policy to cover any incident to a vessel during its stay.
